Trisha to pair up with Balayya

Trisha to pair up with Balayya

Trisha will soon be in seen in Balayya's next film. After having done films with all senior actors, the actress is now all set to act with Balayya. Nayantara recently acted in 'Simha' alongside him and registered a much needed hit in her Tollywood career. Trisha also hopes to repeat the same and find a stronger hold in the industry.

As per the latest information from the Film Nagar, opportunity knocked her door this time as she was asked to pair up with Balakrishna for the film titled 'Hara Hara Mahadeva' to be directed by B Gopal and produced by Bellamkonda Suresh. Though there were gossips about her marriage, Trisha did not bother about them and is concentrating on her career.

'Bezawada Rowdylu' to Bezawada

'Bezawada Rowdylu' to Bezawada
If it's RGV, there has to be lot of hullabaloo, and if there isn't and it definitely isn't RGV. Ditto is happening with RGVs upcoming film 'Bezawada Rowdylu', which is finally undergoing a title change after all that controversy it stirred. However, the latest update is that Ramu has finally agreed to amend the title and the film will now be known as Bezawada.

Though it is not really sure why Ramu changed his mind, many are surprised and curious to know the reason. For now, it is confirmed that the title has changed. But, the question is will Ramu hold onto his
word or not?

Sonu Sood isn't villain anymore

Sonu Sood isn't villain anymore

With his awe inspiring performance in 'Kandireega', Sonu Sood, don't know if he impressed audience, but he certainly seemed to have caught the attention of producer Bellamkonda Suresh. Sources reveal that the producer is all set to launch Sonu Sood as hero in his next film under the banner Sri Sai Ganesh Productions.Put down to Kandireega's success! Producer Bellamkonda Suresh is full 'fida' about Sonu Sood and the response he's getting for his character is terrific it seems. A character with 2 shades – villain in the first half and entertaining character in the second half has changed his fortunes of this villain. With growing competition every day, Tollywood heroes are finding it hard to compete with their own family members. With the inclusion of one more hero with exceptionally good acting skills, opportunities of our heroes suddenly appear bleak.

Movies in race for Dussera

Movies in race for Dussera
Dussera is one of the biggest seasons for movies, at least for Telugu films. After summer and pongal, Dussera is the most preferred season by the Tollywood producers. This Dussera is not going to be any different. As many as six big films are in race to make the most of this fruitful season.

Dookudu, Oosaravelli, Sri Rama Rajyam, Bodyguard, Rajanna and Mogudu are the biggies that are in race for Dussera release. We have to wait and see how many of these movies will actually make it to the theatres on or before Dussera. As of now, only Dookudu and Sri Rama Rajyam are confirmed to release during this time.

If all the above mentioned movies release in tim then it will be a big problem for the buyers to accommodate quality theatres. A couple of films from the above list may be postponed to Deepavali.

Money Money more Money Movie Review

Money Money more Money Movie Review
Money Money more Money Review – Money 3 Telugu Movie Review, Rating: JD Chakravarthy, who earlier directed Homam and Siddham has donned director’s cap again for this film. Labeled as the third installment of Money franchise, Money Money more Money generated interest among the viewers as Money is still one of the best comedy films that was ever made in Tollywood. How far did the Money 3 reach in gaining that cult status? Read on…

Listen Review:
Story:

Chakri (JD), Raghu (Brahmaji), Gogi (Kevin Dev) and Abbas (Mukul Dev) are four unemployed persons that plot a kidnap to earn quick bucks. They kidnap Maggie (Tara Alisha) and put her in Khan Dada (Brahmanandam) house. Khan has lost all the power as he lost all his assets due to recession. As Maggie’s father is not available to settle the ransom, the kidnappers have to wait for sometime. To keep their identities intact they kidnap every person that knocks at Khan Dada’s doors. Do they succeed in making money or not is the remaining story.

Analysis:

Although JD called it as Money 3, it is nowhere connected to first two parts of Money, except for naming two principle characters as Khan Dada and Chakri. This is instead a remake of Hindi film ‘Dharwaja Bandh Rakho’ which was directed by JD. DBR was inspired from a Korean comedy ‘Attack the Gas Station’.

DBR was a flop in Hindi, but JD felt that there is scope to remake it and sell it off as a part of Money franchise. His idea succeeded to some extent as this film has drawn decent opening. However, it is nowhere near to the evergreen comedy hit Money.

Money Money more Money is a badly made film with no proper screenplay and no good comedic scenes. JD simply remade his Darwaja Bandh Rakho film in Telugu despite its failure in Hindi. He didn’t make any changes to make it a hit. It is an insult to Khan Dada’s character as this film made a mockery of that legendary role which played big part in making Brahmi as the king of comedy.

Performances:

Brahmanandam is wasted in this film. He tried his best to shoulder the film but the cheaply written character didn’t help him at all. JD is usual. Brahmaji is good. Tara Alisha is a pain to watch. She doesn’t know the basics of acting. Gajala looked aged. Venu Madhav is routine. Nagababu, Rajeev Kanakala, Jeeva and others played their parts well.

Technicalities:

Marudhuri Raja dialogues are flat. Except a joke here and there nothing clicked. He failed to recreate the magic that was done in Money. Chakri’s music is a big let down. Money 3 is a lackluster film on the technical front too.

JD Chakravarthy is a decent actor and he should stick to what he is good at. He doesn’t have the mettle to prove himself as a successful director. All of his films to date were either remakes or copy stuff. He can’t create a new character on his own. He can’t do justice to the already legendary characters too. It is high time that he stops directing films.

Final Word: Money 3 is an insult to Money franchise

Money 3 Movie Rating: 1.5/5

Daggaraga Dooramga Movie Review

Daggaraga Dooramga Movie Review
Daggaraga Dooramga Review – Daggaraga Dooramga Telugu Movie Review, Rating: Sumanth, who has been struggling for form has come up with his latest film Daggaraga Dooramga, which is labeled as a romantic thriller. Ravi Kumar Chavali has directed this film which is produced by J. Sambasiva Rao on Sudha Cinema banner. Here is the review of Daggaraga Dooramga…

Listen Review:

Story:

Gowtham (Sumanth) is an ad filmmaker creates an ‘imaginary model’ for one of his ad films. That model happens to be Meenakshi (Vedika), whose engagement gets canceled due to Gowtham’s sleazy ads. Meenakshi comes to Hyderabad from Vizag to take action on that ad agency.

She contacts her close friend Zareen (Sindu Tolani), who is an investigative journalist to take action against them. Zareen is on a dangerous mission at that time as she wants to expose the facts about a dreadful terrorist attack. Zareen hands over a DVD which contains all the details about the terrorist attack to Meenakshi before she gets killed by them.

Now terrorists are after Meenakshi for that DVD and she will be accompanied by Gowtham, who comes to rescue her. Meenakshi and Gowtham have to run away from the terrorists and also stop the planned terror attack. How do they succeed in doing so forms the rest of the story.

Analysis:

Our filmmakers never get tired of making films about terrorist attacks. We have seen many a film till now on the same lines and Daggaraga Dooramga is moreover very ‘Daggaraga’ to most of those mediocre thrillers.

The concept of the film is very silly and lacks logic. There are too many loopholes to ignore. Director lacks vision and clarity over the concept he has taken up. First half is okay to some extent with irrelevant comedy scenes. Second hour should have been gripping and serious to keep the audiences on the edge of their seats.

The screenplay is very loose and lacks the necessary thrills to make this a winner.

Performances:

Sumanth is Okay in his role which doesn’t really test him at any level. Vedika is good looking and can act. Brahmanandam is fine and the only saving grace of this film, especially in the second hour. Raghu Babu, Rajesh, Krishna Bhagavan tried their best to make the audience laugh. There is nothing significant from the remaining star cast.

Technicalities:

Music by Raghu Kunche is ordinary. Not a single song remains with you. Cinematography is fine for a small budget film. Editing is Okay. Daggaraga Dooramga is made on a shoestring budget and that should keep the producer in safe zone.

Ravi Kumar Chavali, who made a far better film Samanyudu failed to reach at least half of it with DD. There are many scenes which would raise doubts about his capabilities as a director.

Final Word: Stay as close as to your homes and as far as from this movie theatres!

Daggaraga Dooramga Movie Rating: 2/5

Banner: Sudha Cinema
Cast: Vedika, Sumanth
Music: Raghu Kunche
Producer: J Sambasiva Rao

Shabri Movie Review

Shabri Movie Review

Shabri Movie Review: The film ‘Shabri’ was made five years ago, however due to some or the other reasons the film’s release kept on getting delayed year after year. However the film has finally saw some light of the day as it has been finally released. Directed by Lalit Marathe, produced by Ram Gopal Varma, the film has Eesha Koppikar playing the title lead.

Story:

The film revolves around ‘Shabri’ played by (Eesha) a female don based in Mumbai and her tragic story. The film starts with Shabri’s pitiful life as she is the only earning member of the family. Shabri has to support her clan that comprises of an alcoholic father, a mother and an unemployed younger brother. The poverty and unavoidable-unfortunate accidents in her life land her in the ugly world of underworld. And the film from thereon is all about her journey in the crime world.

Ananlysis:
Multi-task-master is an apt word to describe Lalit Marathe - the captain of this ship called ‘Shabri’. The man with multiple talents has penned the story, written the screenplay and dialogues as well as has directed the film. All the jobs that he helmed have been superbly performed by Marathe. He like a thorough genius has helmed the film with sharp scenes and cut-throat story, ‘Shabri’ is a film with a lot of commendable substance. The film despite of its de-glam story and unconventional take has the potential to beat any commercial cinema on the given day. And the whole credit for making it a cult caper goes to Marathe!!!!

Performances:

The film has a powerful and gripping first half however a viewer will be disappointed with a comparatively slower second half. Talking about performance and the film has Eesha written all over it. The film is by far the best performance by the actress and will remain as one of the best highlight of her short career.

Other supporting stars like Manish Wadhwan, Pradeep Rawat, Raj Arun too perform their parts well but looked weak, courtesy Eesha’s power-house performance that over took all. The biggest and the only disappointing performer of the lot was Zakir Hussain who didn’t quite live up to the standard of the film. Ramu’s the then muse Urmila Matondkar’s short cameo in this film is captivating as well.

Technicalities:

The back-ground score of the film is unconventional yet attention grabbing. It perfectly keeps up with the pace of the film. The film hasn’t been publicized but we hope that the spread of word will help the film gain the much needed momentum and appreciation.

Plus Point:

- Eesha Koppikar’s Performance
- Urmila’s Cameo
- Direction
- Story

Minus Points:

- Slow Second Half

Final Word: Watch it for some powerful cinema

Shabri Review Rating: 3.5/5

Cast:  Eesha Koppikar, Manish Wadhwan, Pradeep Rawat, Raj Arun, Zakir Hussain
Producer: Ram Gopal Varma

Stand By Hindi Movie Review

Stand By Hindi Movie Review

Stand By Hindi Movie Review: Yet another sports film comes knocking in Bollywood. And like many other films this one too deals with the status of other sports in a cricket frenzy nation like India. Like the way corruption has evolved as the current rage in the nation, the issue truly reflects in the film as well. The film deals with the dreading issue of how the politics is intruding the sports culture in India.

Story:

Like Yash Raj’s film ‘Chak De India’ in this film too the ambitious coach dreams to come up with a team that’s built on true merit and not politics. The coach urges the football federation to keep sports and politics poles apart. But alas it takes only one business man to lure the authorities away. A famous business man wants his son to be in the playing XI in the place of a real talented but poor boy in the national football team.

Analysis and Technicalities:

Marathi film industry’s renowned filmmaker Sanjay Surkar has helmed this film and we must say despite of few shortcomings the director has managed to come up with a decent film. The technology in the film is poor as the kind of effects expected in a sport film isn’t utilized in this one that makes it disappointing.

Performances:

Actors like Adinath Kothare and Sachin Khedekar have delivered commendable performances in the film. Siddharth Kher has comparatively performed poorly than his earlier work. The background score lacks the punch that a usual sport’s film should possess. The film would have been an underperformer if not for Sanjay’s smooth hand at direction that makes it a decent watch.

Plus Points:

- Acting
- Direction

Minus Points:

- Poor editing
- Effects
- Cinematography
- Screenplay

Verdict: Watch it for the performances and a decent storyline.

Yeh Dooriyan Review

Rating: 1 stars
Yeh Dooriyan is a concoction of trite script, bad screenplay, nasty dialogue and horrible acting. If you want to learn "what not to do while making a film" Yeh Dooriyan is surely for you.
- Mansha Rastogi

Scene One - "Simi, do you know what is love?" says Raj as he brushes his cheek, in one of the most amateurish manners, against Simi's cheek and whispers again "This is Love". Scene two - "I am 'Peerti Sure'" says Raj. Scene three - "See you 'in the night'" says Simi. Scene four - "I don't 'beleeu' in flings" says Simi. Scene five - "How much you love me?" questions Raj.

Scene after scene as the assault on English language and its pronunciation continues, one is left like a dumb audience to witness Yeh Dooriyan which otherwise promises to be a film dealing with a serious social issue. Over the years, the life of widows and divorcees have caught fancy of filmmakers and one look at the tag line of Yeh Dooriyan that goes 'Love after divorce...' you know you are in for the same typified rona-dhona. Much to the peril of the cinegoers, it comes with no novelty at all.

Yeh Dooriyan is the story of a 35 yr old single mother Simi. She is beautiful, glamorous and a famous choreographer but despite that has a hard time finding the right partner only because - She is a divorcee with two kids. Enters Raj, a handsome model, who sweeps her off her feet. He loves her and her kids but just when things are falling in place for Simi, Raj's mother played by Kunicca Lal who's the so called torch bearer of Society reproaches Raj for having an affair with a divorcee. There comes the twist in the tale. While Raj lands in a dilemma about Simi, her ex-husband comes right back pursuing her again. Whether Simi goes back to her ex or whether Raj decides to marry Simi follows through the rest of the plot.

Needless to mention the bad dialogue writing in the entire film, even the screenplay of Yeh Dooriyan is as faulty as it could get. The script too is laden with loopholes with one glaring more than the other. The character-sketch of neither Simi nor Raj is clear and from the looks of it one senses that the director felt no need of developing a backdrop for any drama. Debutante filmmaker Deepshikha appears to be so busy in taking the film to its finale that she gives no attention to detailing whatsoever. So while Simi's ex-husband says that he is giving her a luxurious lifestyle implying that she couldn't have afforded it all otherwise, it's very surprising to see her self-made magnificent mansion like house in a city right after her divorce. There doesn't even seem a considerable passage of time as her children look just the same showing no biological growth. Moreover, Raj happens to be a model but the moment he meets Simi all he is shown doing is attending dance classes in the institute run by the latter.

But even if you turn a blind eye to the nitty-gritties, you cannot ignore the superficial drama with no soul, bad dialogue delivery and on top of it irritating songs one after the other. The first half of the film has as many as 4 songs with the initial two songs breaking within 10 minutes of the film's run time. Debutant actor Kaishav Arora needs to take to acting workshops immediately if he ever plans to take his acting career forward. Deepshikha appears taut and stiff throughout and should rather focus on acting first than thinking of multi-tasking. A clear case of having her fingers in too many pies. A reasonably experienced Inder Kumar hams in whatever little screen time he gets.

Over all, Yeh Dooriyan is a concoction of trite script, bad screenplay, nasty dialogue and horrible acting. If you want to learn "what not to do while making a film" Yeh Dooriyan is surely for you.

Chitkabrey - Shades of Grey Review

Having a relatable theme at hand always works as an ace for any filmmaker as it gets easy for the filmmaker to strike a chord with the mass. Encashing the same is debutante director/producer Suneet Arora who makes a film based around ragging called Chitkabrey - The Shades Of Grey. The last film on the similar subject was Hostel but it failed at the Box-office more so for being a faulty film. Now if Chitkabrey makes any noise or not remains to be seen.

7 couples are brought together by chance. Their past is ready to haunt them. The common root cause of it all - Rakesh Chaubey; a small town simpleton who was ragged by them during college years. Rakesh (Ravi Kissen) is out to take revenge and makes each and every person reveal their wrong doings over the years... Whether the 7 couples come out safe from the clutches of Rakesh or not follows through the rest of the plot.

Though a very relatable subject, Chitkabrey doesn't quite exploit ragging in a proper way and seemed too rushed to lead to the bigger plot - revenge and vendetta. Had it been only for the scenes of college and the widely spread plague of ragging that continues to haunt college students; Chitkabrey could've made for a better film. But it's the bigger plot that hangs like an albatross on the audience's neck as it tries to challenge the viewer's intelligence considering them too juvenile to decipher its predictability.

Apparently, the debutant director Suneet Arora himself was a victim of ragging during his college days but it makes one wonder as why didn't he delve deeper in it to show some solution for the plague instead of weaving a plot that is completely fictional and has ragging just as its off-shoot. Moreover, even the execution of the revenge saga is very amateurishly handled. How can one call as many as 14 people for a reunion with all of them considering the one to call them is amongst them only? Why doesn't anyone think of calling the cops when Rakesh leaves all the wives to go fetch money as ransom? Almost the entire film is marred by bad scene cuts and bad dialogues. Even the explicit scenes in Chitkabrey aren't shot aesthetically and end up looking repulsive. The grainy print and shaky camera only add to the bad movie viewing experience.

To sum it up, Chitkabrey is easily avoidable. Despite having a relatable plot of ragging, the filmmaker fails in en-cashing it right.

Puli Vesham Movie Review

Puli Vesham Movie Review

Puli Vesham
Fast and furious
Filmmaker P Vasu is back after a break to give a thriller in Puli Vesham. Starring RK, Sadha and Karthik in key roles, the movie has music by Srikanth Deva. Check out the review.

Story
The movie revolves around RK, who plays a negative role. That of a youth who does anything for money. He is a paid killer. Then there is Karthik, a police officer. Interestingly in a twist in the tale, Karthik';s close friend is bumped off by a goon on a mistaken identity. He wants to bump off Karthik and wrongly murders his friend. There is a twist in the form of Sada and the encounter that brings Karthik and RK in straight line. What happens in the drama then forms the rest

Performance

RK is at his best playing a ruffian who does anything for money. An anti-hero with a heart he is impressive. P Vasu has made the script according to RK's strength and weakness. Sadha is dazzling in her comeback and she is good. Karthik is bubblky and at his best donning a role that sticks to our heart instantly A whole set of artistes form part of the movie.

Technicalities
The strength of the movie is P Vasu's racy script and unpredictable nature of each character. Each character has a bearing on the story. The highlight is the way RK and Sadha's character have been shaped up. Watch out for an intriguing interval and the pacy second half. Srikanth Deva's music reminds one of Ilayaraja of his heydays. It is sweet and peppy.

Analysis

A thriller that has enough twists and turns, Puli Vesham is a interesting tale that makes it an engrossing watch. However had P Vasu concentrated more on the script the end product could have been more interesting. There are enough suspense elements that is interesting.

Mark: 3/5.

Love is in the air

Bharath is back to be a part of a romantic entertainer with a newcomer Rima Kaleengal doing the female lead. Directed by G N R Kumaravelan, the movie was shot in Seychelles and music is by Vijay Anthony. Check out what the movie is all about. Yuvan Yuvati movie review - Tamil movie review

Story
Kathirvel Murugan (Bharath) is a software engineer in Chennai, who spends his time with his friend Sakkarai (Santhanam). Kathir's father Sevaka Pandian (Sampathraj) is a influential man in Usulampatti village. He has rich pride about his  caste and hates love. Kathir doesnt want himself to be identified with his village and wants
himself to be identified as city-bred. His only desire is to go and settle down in USA. He meets Nisha (Rima Kaleengal) who wants to go abroad. The latter loses her passport and Kathir helps her find it. Slowly Kathir falls for her. Meanwhile Sevaka Pandian arranges for his
son's wedding with a High Court judge's daughter.

Meanwhile Kathir and Nisha get their visa and get ready to leave together to USA. The former escapes from his marriage and when he wants to propose to Nisha, he gets a rude shock. She informs him that she is going to USA for her marriage. A twist in the tale happens.Kathir's father takes away his son to usilampatti while he fears that both Nisha and Kathir are in love and kidnaps the girl. Both could not go to USA. Coming to know the truth, Kathir speaks against his father and rescues Nisha. With her wedding cancelled , Nisha leaves to
Seychelles. So does Kathir. There Kathir goes hammer and tongs to convince Nisha. Did he suceed in winning her heart and return to Usilampatti to convince his dad forms the crux.

Performance
It's Bharath at his usual. Stylish and trendy, he plays suave IT boy with elegance and ease. He dances well and emotes equally good.Rima Kaleengal may not be exactly a ravishing beauty, but plays her part well. She suits the character well. She reminds one of Navya Nair in
many places. Santhanam walks way with applause with his witty one-liners. His humour helps us to be engrossed. Five Star fame Krishna plays a cameo. Watch out for Sampathraj. He is at his best in a role that is tailor-made for him. He gives right emotions. At his ease before the camera, Sampath is the scene-stealer.

Technicalities
The backbone of the movie is S Ramakrishnan. His story and dialogues liven up the proceedings.Cinematography by Kovi Jagatheeswaran deserves a special mention., he captures the beauty of Seychelles well. Art by Ilayaraj is goood while Vishnudeva's choreography is apt.
Vijay Anthony's music is the highlight. He has come up with a mix of peppy and melodious numbers. Producer Baiju has been generous in shaping up the movie.

Analysis
A youthful entertainer that is loaded with romance. Movies on love themes always attract youngsters. However the sequences are cliched and beaten-to-bush in many films and locations alone seems to be new.

Mark: 3/5.

Final Verdict: A deja-vu ride

Hindi Movie: Salman Khan Remake Raaja!

Hindi Movie: Salman Khan Remake Raaja!

Sallu Bhai is always keeping either right or left hemisphere on the South. He is curious about the subjects made in south India.

He has a series of remake films to his credit and often chided as ‘Remake Raja’. He is now ready with another Telugu film ‘Dookudu’.

What is interesting is that even before the release of this film in Andhra Pradesh, director Shrinu Whitley has narrated the script to Salman Khan and he has given a nod to act in this film. Shrinu also happens to be a good friend of Salman Khan.

Salman Khan had earlier appeared in ‘Ready’ remake and that story was penned by Gopi Mohan. Now for ‘Dookudu’ also Mohan is the script writer.

Salman Khan finishing his assignments by October would take up the ‘Dookudu’ script in Hindi. Shrinu is also inviting Salman Khan for the premier of ‘Dookudu’ when the film is released.

John Abraham turns down a 6 cr offer

John Abraham turns down a 6 cr offer

John Abraham is a popular star, no two opinions on that. Like any other superstar he too is flooded with lucrative offers to do the jig at many parties and weddings.

But unlike other popular stars John refuses to oblige to the requests despite of being offered some astronomical price. Reportedly John Abraham was recently offered Rs 6 crore to dance at a high profile wedding but John being a head-strong man refused to dance in the party and take the amount home. John shunned the offer without giving it a second thought.

Apart from this John recently stunned the local people when he decided to participate in ‘Janmasthami’ celebrations. John who was recently in Thane to attend ‘Janmasthami’ celebrations decided to participate in the activity where he climbed the human pyramid and broke the mud pot with his head. The crowd went crazy over John’s generous gesture however his stunt left him with a minor bleeding bruise on his forehead.

Shah Rukh Khan shoots the cameo for ‘LBZ’

Shah Rukh Khan shoots the cameo for ‘LBZ’

Shah Rukh Khan is known to be the ‘bestest’ friend and has been always by his friends’ side in the times of need. Be it Karan Johar or Farah Khan, despite of all the surrounding controversies he still makes sure that he does his bit to keep the relationship at its peak. He is the one who despite an ugly spat with Salman Khan extended the olive branch towards the ‘Dabnagg’ Khan for friendship but in vain. But apart from the biggies SRK makes sure he is in equally thick bonds with the younger generation as well. His buddy-buddy relation with Priyanka and Kareena are world known, but he has been equally cordial with his ‘Main Hoon Na’ co-star Zayed Khan and dear friend Dia Mirza who did a short cameo in his film ‘Om Shanti Om’. And when the two asked SRK to shoot for a small cameo in their home production ‘Love Breakups Zindagi’ he readily obliged to it. He recently shot for the required sequence and the film’s lead star and co-producer Dia thanked him for his generous act on Twitter, ‘This is the BIGGEST shout out EVER for @iamsrk !!! WE LOVE YOU!’ wrote Dia.

As they say a friend in need is a friend indeed!

Emraan Hashmi in Priyadarshan’s next

Emraan Hashmi in Priyadarshan’s next
Of lately Emraan Hashmi has been catching too many filmmakers attention towards his antics. His recent three mega successful films in the name of ‘Once Upon A Time in Mumbaai’, ‘Dil Toh Bachcha Hai Ji’ and ‘Murder 2’ have got him the much-deserved attention and fame. Post the recent success he has signed films like ‘Raaz 3’ and ‘Murder 3’ as well as has ‘Jannat 2’ lined up. But apart from doing all these Bhatt production films, he also has Dibakar Banarjee’s ‘Shanghai’ as well as Milan Luthria’s ‘The Dirty Picture’ in the pipeline. But now it is heard that Emraan Hashmi has also signed Priyadarshan’s ‘Double Dhamaka’.

Going by the film’s name it looks like Priyadarshan’s most of the films this one too will be a complete comic caper. And if this rumor turns out to be true it will be interesting to see the lover boy getting into the humor mode.

Money Money More Money is a Xerox copy of..!

Money Money More Money is a Xerox copy of..!

JD Chakravarthy, who is busy with his job as a director in the recent past, is banking upon remakes rather doing original films. His previous films Homam and Siddham are freemakes of The Departed and Ab Tak Chappan respectively. Even his latest film Money Money more Money is a freemake too!

This is a free/remake of Hindi film Dharwaja Bandh Rakho, which was directed by JD himself. However, that film is not entirely his idea. He copied it from a korean film called 'Attack the Gas Station'. DBR was a flop in Hindi and that is the reason why he is hiding the fact that it is a remake of it.

JD wanted to cash upon the Money franchise and hence he is selling it of as a sequel to Money and Money Money. Let's see if this plan could fetch him his first hit or not.

Salman considers ‘trains’ to be lucky

Salman considers ‘trains’ to be lucky

With his each passing film Salman Khan’s penchant for trains is growing by leaps and bounds. Be it ‘Wanted' or ‘Dabangg’ all his films have had pivotal sequences shot on train or in the premises of Railway stations. This was missing in ‘Bodyguard’ and Salman was not ready to get away with it.

Salman explained this to his ‘Bodyguard’ director Siddique that he considers trains ‘lucky’ for him and hence he wanted to infuse a train sequence in his forthcoming film as well. Director Siddique too readily agreed to shoot an extra sequence that originally didn’t have its place in the script.

Apart from Salman showing interest in Indian Railways the pleasantries are returned from that side as well. Apparently looking at Salman’s inclination towards Indian Railways the government-owned transport system’s authorities have decided to make Salman as their brand ambassador. However nothing is finalized yet as the actor is yet to take a decision on this proposal soon.

Bollywood Film: Salman’s current priority - ‘Ek Tha Tiger’

Bollywood Film: Salman’s current priority - ‘Ek Tha Tiger’

Salman Khan was rumored to be throwing his weight around at Yash Raj Camp in recent times but now it is heard that the same Salman is giving his priority to Yash Raj’s ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ over his other films. Salman Khan has apparently decided to concentrate on one film at a time. Hence he has asked all his directors and producers to push their respective films to next year as after the release of ‘Bodyguard’ he will be completely concentrating on ‘Ek Tha Tiger’. He has even asked his brothers Arbaaz Khan and Sohail Khan to postpone their films ‘Dabangg 2’ and ‘Sher Khan’s respective schedules for early 2012.

He is so committed towards ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ that he apparently has no time to do a special cameo in Shrish Kunder’s ‘Joker’ and hence Shirish has decided to drop the idea totally. Shirish who will be directing Salman-Sonakshi starrer ‘Kick’, will now have to wait for few more months for Salman for ‘Kick’ start.

Amitabh-Prakash joins hands for ‘Satyagraha’

Amitabh-Prakash joins hands for ‘Satyagraha’
If you think that Amitabh Bachchan and Prakash Jha are joining the long list of Bollywood stars supporting Anna Hazare’s non-violent anti-corruption movement then you are wrong. On the contrary the two Bollywood stars are inspired by ‘Anna Hazare’ and are set to take the real life revolution on-screen. The two who recently worked in the film ‘Aarakshan’ had decided to work together soon and it seems their wish has come true as the duo will next work together in the film titled ‘Satyagraha’.

The film like Prakash Jha’s many films will be based on the socio-political scenario of India and this time his film’s plot will concentrate on corruption. The issue that is the reason behind the current furor in the nation will probably have Amitabh in an ‘Anna Hazare’ kind of avatar where he as a protagonist fights against the prevailing corruption in ‘Indian Political System’.

Prakash has confirmed that the film is currently in its scripting stage and will go on floors in January 2012.

Sonam Kapoor , Shahid Kapoor Kiss

Sonam Kapoor , Shahid Kapoor Kiss
Sonam Kapoor who act as a heroine in  pankaj kapoor’s movie “Mausam” with the Shahid Kapoor is refused Lip-Lock. Bollywood heroines are no strange to lip-locks. But Sonam Kapoor refuse for the lip-lock create a great ruckus on the set of the movie.

Initially when Pankaj Kapur had informed Sonam about the kiss, she had put her foot down. Her refusal had sparked off some real drama on the sets of the film. Kapur had even called up her father Anil Kapoor in desperation. But the actress refused to budge even then. She had even told sections of the media that there was no kissing scene in the film.

After the long conversation Sonam Kapoor agreed to do that scene. Shahid Kapoor is not new the lip-lock scenes. Actually he did lip-lock in “Jub we met” with Kareena Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra in “Kaminey” “Badmaash Company” with Anushka Sharma and now with Sonam Kapoor in “Mausam”.
